In the Client Portal, certain sessions may contain archival video recordings hosted on third-party services (such as Google Drive). By default, these iframes are blocked and do not load external resources until you click to grant consent.
Granting consent to load the player (media_embeds category) may result in cookies being set by the third-party provider (Google LLC) in accordance with their privacy policy.
4. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can modify your cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time, including blocking cookie creation or deleting existing cookies.
Disabling essential cookies (_aid_erp_session, aid_session) will prevent logging in to the Client Portal and using authenticated features.
